If you choose the services of Moszkowicz Advocaten, we can determine which of the options below will be chosen during a free initial consultation. Whichever option you choose, or which option applies, your interests and those of your case will always be our top priority.
- 1. The case will be discussed with each client and an hourly rate will be agreed upon, including a general estimate of the number of hours that can be spent.
- 2. It is also possible to partially determine the fee based on the desired result. However, a basic fee must always be agreed upon.
- 3. Where possible, a so-called 'fixed' amount can also be agreed upon, for which we will carry out our work in your case.
- 4. If you are eligible, we can handle your case on the basis of legal aid (formerly known as "pro bono"). The State will then pay the majority of the lawyer's fee.
