Suzanne de Jager, Ms., has been working at Moszkowicz Advocaten Utrecht since January 2025. She has extensive experience in criminal law, juvenile law, and administrative law. She is versatile in (juvenile) criminal law and has experience in complex and minor criminal cases. In administrative law, she specializes in home closures pursuant to Article 13b of the Opium Act (mayoral closures). Ms. De Jager values clarity, honesty, and speed. She is patient and driven: she doesn't let up until she achieves a result. The client is always her priority. She takes the time to discuss and prepare your case in detail. Together, she develops a strategy, always putting your best interests first.
Mr. De Jager studied Dutch law (criminal law and European law) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and in Paris. Before being sworn in as a lawyer, she worked at the Amsterdam District Court in the criminal and administrative law section. Within the judiciary, she also worked as a staff lawyer specializing in criminal law and European criminal law. She also lectured in criminal law at both the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and worked at a law firm in Rome.
Mr. De Jager has registered the following areas of law in the Dutch Bar Association's register of legal areas:

-Tenancy law
This registration obliges her to obtain ten training points in each registered area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
