Founder and lawyer
Since January 1, 2013, Yehudi Moszkowicz has run the firm Moszkowicz Advocaten Utrecht, under the motto "a new generation, a new approach." Almost immediately after being sworn in as a lawyer, his career took off.
In 2012 and 2014, he was voted 3rd in the top 10 of the country's best criminal lawyers by the 'guild', and in 2014 Yehudi Moszkowicz was also selected by the renowned monthly magazine Quote as one of the six most promising young lawyers in the Netherlands.
In his career as a lawyer, Yehudi Moszkowicz has handled many high-profile and complex cases. Yehudi Moszkowicz trained as a civil lawyer but has since become a highly specialized criminal and victim advocate. In this capacity, he is a member of the Dutch Association of Criminal Lawyers (NVSA) and the LANGZS foundation, and he also teaches courses for lawyers. His training makes Yehudi Moszkowicz a gifted civil litigator and criminal defense attorney.
In addition to regular cases, Mr. Moszkowicz also handles cassation appeals in criminal cases before the Supreme Court and is a cassation specialist affiliated with the Association of Cassation Lawyers in Criminal Cases (VCAS). Mr. Moszkowicz also handles cases before the European Court of Justice (CJEU) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
